How do I restore Cubbi Pro?

Open Cubbi › Settings › Upgrade to Cubbi Pro › Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Cubbi. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I move my things to a new phone?

On the old phone, open Cubbi › Settings › Backup & Export and tap Back up now. Send the file to your new phone (AirDrop, email or iCloud Drive). On the new phone, move the file into Files › On My iPhone › Cubbi. Then open Backup & Export, pull down to refresh, and tap the backup to restore.

I'm not getting reminders.

Check iPhone Settings › Notifications › Cubbi and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check Cubbi › Settings › Reminders.

A barcode didn't find my product.

Barcode names come from free public databases, which don't have every product. Just type the name in yourself; the rest of the item works the same.

What does Cubbi Pro include?

Unlimited items (free holds 50), unlimited places (free holds 2), the insurance PDF report, accent colors and alternate app icons. Reminders, scanning, photos, dark mode and backups are free for everyone.
